Cookie Policy

Last updated: November 2026

1. Default-denied consent architecture

In compliance with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, we implement Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization set to denied by default before any optional script can run.

2. Categories of storage we use

Strictly necessary preference storage railfield_cookie_consent_v1 (localStorage) — stores your choice (“all” or “essential”) so we do not ask you on every page view. Always active.
Analytics & advertising attribution (optional) Loaded only after you click “Accept All” (or enable the toggle in “Manage” and accept). Used to measure aggregate campaign performance across native advertising networks such as MediaGo and Taboola.

3. Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can update or revoke your cookie preference at any time by clicking the “Cookie preferences” button in the website footer, which immediately reopens the consent bar.
